REMAKE BUG

In my last game i had a player (Master yi) afk.(he did not appera in the loading screen)He was afk,sitting in the middle of the fountain without any items bought.I waited minute 3 to remake.BUT IT DIDN T WORK. after i typed /remake the chat said: remake is available only when one or more players are afk from the begging of the game or something like this.the account name is :HostOfAngels.

PS at min6-7 master yi came back. I didn t got lose prevented or something,i just lost free Lp.and i dont like this.
