I patch 5.13 note i see his w ratio got nerfed to 0.5 AP. BUT WHY IN BOTH WIKI AND INGAME THAT AP RATIO IS STILL 0.7???? I dont see anychange to xin in patch 514 and 515 http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/patch/patch-513-notes
