Changing CS amounts (Gameplay)
I keep seeing a reoccurring bug where the CS numbers of jungles will change when as they come and go from vision on the enemy team. It is random when it happens.

I know exactly what you mean. Not sure if Riot knows about it, but it is caused when a jungler farms a lane and receives more CS from the lane than the actual Jungle.
