Can someone explain me how do I get that reward, everyone is getting it and says that the best way to unlock it is by getting first bloods. I find fun to have a hidden mission which rewards hard to accomplish achievements but it is really frustrating to not be rewarded after grinding to get the first bloods and still do not receive anything.
Cind3rkick2 votesI got it by accident a while ago, I think I heard something about a quest? for first bloods so it may be that.
But you could also be just getting unlucky.

Everyone does have the same odds, just people who play more are more likely to get it. I guess it rewards people for being addicted.
