Page Redirected from Champ Select Immediately Following Ban Phase- While Champ Select Continued

and I subsequently got a Leave Penalty for not choosing my first pick champ even as the timer audibly ticked down (couldn't see it, page redirected to home page).

Not sure what happened. This is the account I was on.

I was in Ranked Queue Champ Select, banned Brand, then typed a message as I saw that there was a double Brand ban. As it changed to be my selection phase (first first pick), my screen suddenly changed to the Homepage, from which I could click the button for entering Queue, but no options were available under any mode.

This was when the timer ticking down could be heard and I knew I was still "in Champ Select". Well. That ended, so I exited and re-logged into the client to find that my client was in the same state as before, unable to queue for any matches because no options were presented, and with -3 lp from 0.

First time this has happened, but new client became unusable, so currently running the check for corruption from the Settings.
