Caitlyn's Auto Attack's Will Sometimes Instantly Hit

Cailtny's auto attacks will hit instantly, instead of waiting for her auto attack's projectile to hit the target. But it won't happen all of the time, and only effects some games. This is a very annoying bug as it throws off the rhythm of adc, and it is also an unfair advantage to have.
