Ghost Client. [Bug for both Clients]

Rarely, when opening either the Legacy or Alpha Client it does not visibly show that it opened, and will not allow you to open another client until you restart your computer. When opening up the task manager both league clients are missing therefore being unable to manually end their task. It's a minor inconvenience but still kind of annoying.

Edit: This time restarting did not fix, send help pls.
