[GAMEPLAY] Zac E Animation Glitch (Pool Party, interaction with Azir?)

Pooly Party Zac E animation glitched severely in this game, which resulted in our team not really noticing he was actually casting it. Because of that, he got the drop on us, since quite frankly we didn't expect it. See video - recorded at 0.5x so it's easier to see.
