Profile background select blank, suspected related to papercraft skin

So recently purchased papercraft nunu and wanted to set it as my profile background but when i click on the cog wheel to change it im just met with blank screen with no splash arts asked a few friends and they said it works fine for them so suspect the 2 might be related but not sure
