Shaco's bug

I found a bug so that if you are shaco with the Stormraiders surge keystone, and you activate it so you get the burst of speed and fiddlesticks fears you. You run away at full speed compared to the normal fear. This happened multiple times in one game, runuing away from fiddlesticks feared at 700 movement speed. Plz fix

Stormraider reduces any slow that you get, notice how fears slow you?

Fiddle's fear works off of current movespeed, same thing happens when Master Yi ults and gets feared, he starts speeding in the reverse direction, if that's what your talking about.
