Something is wrong with your service status page
Your service status page is a little bit weird today. Can anyone explain?

Was just about to post the same thing. Seems to be Riot's internal servers that the launcher is linking to. This only pops up for me if I click the text in the maintenance alert box in the launcher (after clicking the yellow ! diamond).
Game Info -> Service Status will show the correct server status.
