Server Congestion recently and in the last 48 hours
Starting last week I began noticing smallish dropouts. The game was playable for the most part with occasional 0.5 - 2 seconds drop-outs. Sometimes the game would be fine for the entirety, while others not so much.
As of post-patch release 48 hours ago though I have found the game unplayable.
I am guessing that the game is likely undergoing congestion from the release of Zoe, and everyone logging on to play her. I would, however, like to rule out that this isn't a problem more on my end. Logs of Lag is showing my ping around a consistent and stable 220ish iirc. The key issue is the large number of lost packets. I am wondering if others are experiencing similar issues.
Being an Australian player, I'm used to the high ping. It can definitely cause issues and be a disadvantage, but at least it's something you can adjust to. Intense packet loss and dropouts you cannot as it's completely unpredictable.
I'm not looking to come on here and whinge about it, just looking to fix the problem, if it is something that is on my end.

The most memorable occasion was finding myself glued to the spot for several seconds prior to the enemy descending upon me. I tried flashing tap-tap-tap-tap-tap, five times. Death, followed by my resurrection in base a few seconds later... followed by my Flash :/ it was.... amusing?
