I lost all my blue and orange essence?

I had a couple hundred each of orange and blue essence and didn't spend it because i was waiting for the right buy and a couple days ago all of is disappeared? both my blue and orange essence is "0" and if i try buy something it tells me i have 0, i waited the couple days thinking that it might be a weird glitch but its still broken. am i missing something? is there some kind of maintenance?
