The bug i talk about going on with katarina is the bug where she is unable to use her q, her r or even her recall button. The bug happens whenever she buys something from the shop. I think this is the cause because only after i purchase something from the shop either dead or alive i am unable to use my q, r or even recall keys. I dont know if this is isolated only to katarina but it may spread to other champions. So i hope this can get remedied soon
Actually no, I've already posted a while back on the actual issue behind it.
The core of the issue is due to her resetting while Q is in the end animation and is canceled along with getting a reset. So even though she didn't actually Q yet it flew, it resets Q when you didn't actually use it. For some reason this also messes with the Ult. I can reproduce this with 1-15 tries.

I have had this issue just as Kat for Elo describes... sometimes I don't even notice it until after I have recalled and then headed back out. It also happens for me alot when I try to hit a champ with the Q and they die before it hits them. From then on out is no more Q + any other random ability.
