[CLIENT] [NEW CHAMP SELECT] Audio Bug with Chat

When in the new champ select (at any point, including party assembly) if someone sends you a message; and you type back to them, sending that causes your friends previous message to be displayed again immediately including the message sound.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the new champ select
2. Have someone send you a message
3. Reply to their message
4. ???
5. Get trolled by chat
