Contextual pings don't work when Shyvana ult is on CD.

Not sure if this is a bug but it's an issue with the new contextual ping system. Shyvana's ultimate doesn't technically have a cooldown, it's castable as long as she's stored 100 rage. So unlike other champions, who can contextual ping their current ult CD, pinging hers does nothing. Could we get it so that pinging her ult tells her team her current Rage? Also, change Taliyah's W cast back. Thanks.

i noticed on my last game i couldn't ping that my Katarina ulti was off cooldown and ready to use.

I am under the assumption that it is because no champions were in range and the ulti was faded out.

Not sure if bug or accidental overstep in forgetting to code that into play.

While they are at it, if they would make it so she gets Fury while dead... that would be great.
