Suppress Notifications

Is this why I never received any warnings before my restriction? I feel like I was cheated out of hextec now cause I have been more careful I known I kept being reported. Also curious if this is why I'm not receiving the, "Player you reported" messages as well.

I was under the impression it was cancelling the annoying friend notifications, not the relevant ones. There is no description, and when you stream you don't want to be annoyed by randomness. Anyways its I've turned it on for now... Will see if it makes a difference, though I doubt I'll be reported anytime soon.
