I just exchanged my revel tokens and exchanged those for a golden revel token. I then exchanged my golden revel token for the Warring Kingdoms Garen chroma. I never received my Chroma, and trying to redeem my icon gives the error shown in the screenshot.
I'm having a similar issue, but not the exact same. I just posted a ticket similar to this. Used my golden revel tokens to unlock the katarina and caitlyn golden chromas and icons and only received the icons. No chromas received. I upvoted your ticket. Upvote mine. I think the more attention we can get to this the faster they will fix it. Pretty major bug. To not receive 2 skins worth 5 gemstones a piece!
a bunch of the hextech isnt working, just tried gettin a rank seven crafted but it failed and then said i had 0 essence when i clearly have more than enough. looks like theyve taken the crafting down to work on it
I have the same problem. I exchanged 1 Golden Revel Token to Warring Kingdoms Garen (Golden) Chroma but I did not receive the Chroma. Can someone put some light into this please? Riot?
I have the basic skin for kata. Just got the icon and I didnt receive the skin. LOL
