(Critical Bug!) Pizza Delivery Sivir Didn't Come With Pizza?

I purchased the Pizza Delivery Sivir skin, but I did not receive my promised pizza delivery. Has anybody else experienced this game-breaking bug? I expected my pizza to be delivered within 30 minutes but it has now been a whole day and I still do not have my pizza. Does anybody know if there's a higher than average wait time due to high order volume? I just want my Dominos, come on Riot. >:(
