[Client] Can't move item group when editing title text.

When creating item lists for my champions in the client, if I click on the title text of a item box to edit the text I will be unable to move that box as long as the title text remains selected.

If another title text is selected then that box becomes unmovable and the previous selected box can be moved.

Item boxes that don't have their title text selected can be moved normally.

If this is not a bug please change its behavior so that all boxes can be moved even if their title text is selected.
