Game Glitch And Infinitely suspended?

So i Q up for team builder, find 5 people. We all ready to play, the game searches. This continues for 45+ til the point where i couldn't wait any longer, i just exited out of league entirely. Apparently the game bugged out and we were actually in game, and i "left". So that's 1 Leave, 2 games before that i left a game, and i haven't done that in about a month or 2. So 2 leaves in a month, the next day i tried to get on to play a game and i had, lower priority 5 minute wait time. so i waited, and it wouldn't let me play, it gave me another 5 minute wait time, and again and again and again... essentially, infinite 5 minute wait time, and i haven't been able to play for the past 4+ days. I've made 2 tickets for help, and got no help insured, just them going on about other topics that are my issue, which aren't. Please RITO Fix this, or help me??!? i have screenshots of the 5 min wait time, and the 2 left games for proof. I should have for the 45+ wait time but i didn't think much of it at the time, i didn't even know how to screenshot because i'm a noob.
