Hey there so i been playing sion constantly over the past week and in multiple random games, his q and r abilities dont work for the rest of the game, im unable to reproduce the conditions forcefully sadly but i figure its worth noting.
ive had this problem too! i only jungle sion and ive noticed his Q will work, off and on for no reason. I had his Q and R stop working after i ulted from mid lane back into my own base and i think i made it all the way to the fountain before i stopped the ult(not sure), i waited there till i healed up, i bought some things and headed back out to meet the enemy and neither would work at all until i eventually logged out of the match(to the "please come back to your match" screen). When i got back in they worked again
