Sion Q/R bug

Nearly everyday i play as sion, and nearly everyday at LEAST once day i get this bug, maybe more than once.

his q and r abilities wont work sometimes when he gets cc'd during his q windup and they get disabled, i try to fix it by reloading but thats such a costly bug since it can throw a teamfight often. i regret to say that i do not have any screenshot of the bug since its just ability clicking, and it doesnt replicate 100% of the time just often.

get hard cc'd during q windup and it will sooner or later cause em to not work, please guys, i love the new sion, i'd love to take him to ranked this season.
