Deadman's Plate On range
The Crushing Blow passive for dead man's Plate still procs on range just no damage goes thru, Is this intentional? I think it would be a cool build option for just the movement speed that only goes away on cc.

It is intentional and having a constant move speed buff on ranged might be a bit strong.

dead man plate doesn't boost movement speed....
Not a Bug
If you read the item tooltip, it shows that the item is working as intended on ranged champions.
I think it would be a cool build option for just the movement speed that only goes away on cc.
The tier of power this hypothetical changed item would fall into falls beyond the standards for items available in this game.
Or in other, shorter, words: "That would be too OP".
