[GAMEPLAY] Arclight Vel'Koz animations kept freezing

Just played a game against an Arclight Vel'Koz so I'm unsure if it happens with all his skins or is this was just a one time thing as I don't own his skin, but his animations kept freezing. Nothing with his skills would freeze but occasionally his model would just stop moving the tentacles and glide around while moving.

Also sometimes (mostly after casting his W) his tentacles would become straight and go like straight out from him. It didn't really do anything to his advantage or anything but it was pretty distracting.

Haven't tried to replicate it yet as I don't have this skin, but my friends I was playing with said they were seeing his animations freezing as well so I know it wasn't just me.
