My game keep crushing and I got kicked out and getting System Error message

Since the game start I keep getting delays on abilities, for example I click on Q it takes about 20 seconds for my champion to respond also after 40 min in the game I got kicked out and getting System Error every-time I click my keyboard, please help :(.

same for me but no one seems to know how to fix it, and i keep crashing at the worst times in matches
