Bugs with Timers

I have no screenshots to prove, but I was just in a game, and my 3 main picks got banned and I was first pick so I was looking at who to play and wondering who to go. So I have like 30 seconds and at 9 seconds, it kicks me from the lobby and says I left. So I'm guessing there was a glitch with the visual on the timer on my side.
