[Client] After a game ends you are permanently banned from chat.

A red box appears around the chat and it doesn't display the chat banned message and I can't type to my team. NOW I HAVE TO DEAL WITH A TRYNDAMERE ADC IN MY PROMOS WITH NO FLASH BECAUSE I CAN'T TALK.
