Typing Issue {Client}

When calling lane and after game, when typing, the client wont let me type. Seems to flash. I don't know if anyone has covered this subject, but it has become very annoying. Thank you.

Yes. i reinstalled and nothing... It only started after 5.11 launched

Just did both, and nothing. its been happening the past week. it really makes it hard to call lane so i typically have to have my friend do it for me. i dont know if anyone else has this certain issue but I will try to do everything i can. ive also redownloaded 3 times now.
