Strange animation changes? Lag and game freezing

On Aram and Team Builder I've noticed a lot more lag spikes, people getting DC, even some champs are getting weird animations. Some abilities on champs aren't showing their animations at all. By this i mean parts of their abilities like skill shots mostly are invisible until they hit and do damage. Im seen it on Braums Q, most of Lux abilities, and even Fiddles Drain was having weird color changes then ended with his hands glowing green as if i had a sheen on which i didn't. Some are small bugs like fiddles but the Braum and Lux are making it very hard to fight since u can't even see the skill shots so their is no real way to block them or avoid them all together. This is giving people a huge advantage that is just unfair.
