Udyr

Is it possible for udyr to stun for 6 seconds like his bear stance cooldown so small he can keep you cced or was it a bug i was playing rek'sai and i was barrowed i should have come out to knock him even after his short cc but i was locked down for 6 seconds or more untill dead. please look into this. i was not lagging out either.
