Your other thread got deleted, so I'll reply to you here. On the Braum game.
Pre first death you're wasting too much mana, and you're wasting your initiation tool to simply poke (like what Morg is doing while in the bush). You should have realized Morgana had no pots and looked for ways to trade with her. Her missing a binding will force her to fall back or take a terrible trade (especially since you can block a lot of Lucs damage with your shield). Your positioning isn't too bad, but it looks like you're trying to initiate on Lucian at random. When he's stuck in an AA animation is when you want to use your Q. It'll force him to eat the CC and damage, or miss the CS. You also need to watch Trist and see if she can follow up with your engage because most of your Q's were when she was attacking a minion meaning she's going to miss an entire AA trade on Lucian which will be the difference between winning and losing a trade. Nice job positioning up in the minion wave. Morgana was doing a poor job of re positioning and you were exploiting that.
First death is the result of poor map awareness and summoner awareness. Poppy has an extremely abusive early game, and because of this you need to be careful with how you position yourself when you see your top laner backing. Normally when your top laner backs the other will back as well. This will mean they'll have the perfect chance to gank you. Basically when you see your top laner back, and then use his TP to go to tower you need to never engage, and simply allow trist to farm. Engaging here allowed Poppy to use her TP to flank both of you and come out with the easy double. You also missed your Q at the start of the trade. You should have taken the 3 AAs and then backed off as you pulled off a great trade for what you started with. Also don't waste your flash in a situation like that unless you know you'll 100% live. Flash is a huge summoner and blowing it opens you up to easy ganks, and losing free kills.
Pre second death this is where your positioning gets sloppy. At the start of this fight you eat the bind which allows trist a lot of free trade with Luc. Your fatal mistake is when you back away from Trist towards your turret. You just saw both Lucian and Morgana waste all of their skills. You can see Ekko mid, and if you're paying attention to buff timers you'd know Rek is top with Poppy unable to TP in due to TP timer. (These are all things that you'll need to recognized in an instant. With all of that knowledge that should tell you with Trist with all of her cooldowns and your cooldowns about to come back up that you can easily win this fight. What you wanted to do was stay between Morgana and Tristana. Trist was easily going to be able to 1v1 Lucian and all you needed to do was peel for her, and then land a Q on Luc once it came back up. Landing a few procs on Morgana would have peeled her off, and landed you guys the double kill with enough time to get away from the Rek you know is likely in bottom jungle by now, and the Ekko who just disappeared from mid.
Second death you pick up the Lucian kill which makes up for the trist death, but then you chase the Morg when Ekko disappeared from mid. The ~7-8 minute mark is a dangerous time when mid laners go missing as this is around the time they hit lvl 6 and have a good bit of gold. If the Rek'sai had map awarness she would have likely shown up as well. You now have two deaths due to lack of map awareness.
Third death you know your team is down 7 kills, and the enemy bot is lvl 6 while you're lvl 5. At this point you need to play 100% peel for your team, and let trist farm. Instead you continue to try and trade with your Q (which will be crucial at this point to save your or trist from death). Every time you use your Q in this stage an opponent that knows how to abuse this will zone you as you have nothing else in your kit to stop them. When you see Lee that low you need to know you can't help him, and you should be backing off while peeling for him. You could have gotten Lee out, and let them take bot tower for a mid tower (due to Yas push).
Fourth death this is what happens when you waste your skills to trade while behind. Lucian is either lucky or notices most of your CDs are down when Morg lands a nice bind. You could have turned this fight around since Luc got into tower range. When Luc was right on top of you was when you should have ulted. As you're walking towards Trist you can clearly see he is willing to towerdive, and Braum is great at stopping that. You saw Morg waste her E so your combo would have worked 100%. When he gets in tower range you ult, and then land the Stun as he almost hits the ground for max duration CC. If you do it correctly you'll get 3-4 tower shots while he is able to do nothing about it. Morgana had nothing left in her kit, so you would have likely been able to just walk away from her and let Malph clean up. This just came down to champion mechanics in the long run, and is a major reason why I personally stress that you learn 1-3 champions and play them religiously until you get into higher elo where then you will likely need to expand your pool.
Side note: When you're going back to lane let Trist farm for ~30-50s while you go and use that sightstone and maybe land a gank mid. Some deep wards in their jungle, or even down the river will protect you from Ekko/Rek ganks.
Fifth death this is a time when you just need to let your tower go. Lee and Yas both backed at 14:15. This means that you'll have absolutely no one else on your team to help stop 4 people from diving you (as Ekko can walk to your lane faster than both of them). You also know Malph TP is down so you know he can't come and save the day. Around 14:15 was the last chance you had to escape. Sometimes you just have to let towers die when teammates make bad calls/mistakes. You dying here only allows them even more pressure on the map as it's a temp 3v5.
Another Side Note: Staying in base for 45s when the enemy is pressuring an objective is a terrible idea. You want to show up and help your team contest the objective, and then when things turn sour or if you force them off of it you can return and buy the items you want and more.
Sixth death just learn you're useless as a tank with critical HP. The only champions that can pull that off is hyper range siege mages and that's only when they're absolutely needed to contest an objective. You got a kill out of your initial fight and should have left it as that. You got free movement to do what ever you want. Ward their jungle, take some camps, heal etc.
Seventh death you died due to lack of vision. When the enemy team is that far ahead you need to know the safe areas on the map. If you don't have vision of an area, and you don't have vision of your enemies assume they're waiting to ambush you.
Hope this helps.
wow you dont know how much this kinda info helps there is not many ppl who would have taken that much time to explain in detail the match. i really appreciate it alot this is what i mean by hands on help there are thing you pointed i would have blamed my adc or team for and not myself huge eye opener. and this is what i mean by coaching the detailed explanations while playing or watching my games to point out all these things and what could have happened or not ect. some of the most successful ppl in the world ask for help to get where they are im not ashamed of it and glad there are ppl like you out there =]
