[CLIENT] Elements Summoner Icon not updated on loading screen

This is obviously not a huge deal, but I've noticed that the Elements summoner icon is still the old image when loading onto the rift or another game. In lobby, the new logo has replaced the old one, but it doesn't do so in game. Just wanted to make sure you all knew. Thanks!
