Stuck on accept or decline menu

Hello everybody, first boards post here!

Very recently I've been experiencing a bug in which I am stuck at the accept screen and unable to select my champion. This has occurred twice over the past week, and it's concerning me because none of my friends are experiencing the same thing. Basically, the bug just forces the player to see the accept or decline menu pop up when a match is found, blocking the player's ability to pick/ban their champion. Obviously 3 LP doesn't matter too much, but it certainly could add up (as I've lost 6 because it's happened twice).
