Neeko visual bug permanently at lvl 1, hp and mana not going down

I experienced a bug in which the enemy neeko appeared to be level 1 at the start of the game and continued to appear level 1 despite leveling up. The HP bar wouldn't move, her taking damage wouldn't lower her hp, her using spells wouldn't decrease her mana bar, and clicking on her would show her as level one as well. The only correct level was shown when pressing tab, but when you press tab you can't see her MR and Armor stats as well as her HP or Mana so seeing her level is effectively useless beyond level 6. The bug stayed like this until she was level 15, and then she was taking damage and actually using mana.

There seems to be an EUW boards post about this already which means Riot doesn't care and this boards post isn't going to affect anything, but I thought I'd at least try.

Losing because you lack skill or were simply outplayed is normal and not frustrating, but losing due to a bug or a glitch is extremely infuriating. Riot Games, please fix.
