[CLIENT? I think] Replays and highlights have glitchy sound

On all of my replays and highlights, at least some part of the audio is screwed up (15 second mark in the link example). Often everything is normal followed by an incredibly loud static; not all the way through, only for some parts. It's not the webm host site because the file on my computer has the same issue when played.

I'd like to be able to link my friends my replays without destroying their eardrums, please help.

i also have the problem on all my replays. its just an unbearable earrape 24/7.

I actually have the same problem with ALL my replays. I thought it was a defect in my computer but now that I see others having the same problem, I think otherwise. Can we get an insight on this problem?

Also it's not just one replay, its all of them varying in different "magnitudes".
