Buying First Item Bug??

This doesn't happen every game, but it happens commonly enough to be a nuisance. Sometimes, upon spawning in, I'll quickly buy starting items, and click away from the fountain so I can run to lane quickly. My character obviously can't leave fountain for the first few seconds, and normally I'll press tab to just quickly get a general view of what I'm up against. Sometimes I'll realize that the enemy champion I'm laning against is easier to beat if I bought a different starting item, so I'll quickly open shop, and click undo, so I can buy the correct starting items and head to lane. Or at least that's what I would do, if there weren't a bug making it so I can't undo any of the first purchases I made. I know I haven't left the shop yet, and while it isn't a huge deal, it is quite annoying.

Like if I'm playing and at first I buy a and a but change my mind and decide I'd rather start with a it gets kind of annoying. (I don't play often so I have no clue what the actual best starting items are or what situation you would take them). A better, more personal example would be when I'm playing my main, and I autopilot and buy and , but then realize it might be better to start and or and . It just makes laning somewhat harder if I'm playing against and I have instead of . Not sure what causes the bug, but I noticed it only happens after I opened the shop window, closed it, moved, and opened it again, although sometimes I can still click undo. I'd say this bug has 50/50 chance of happening after opening shop, moving, and opening it again.
