Very often occurring bug: Randomly unable to click minions, enemies, or anything, permanently

I use Mac and this bug happens almost every game randomly. Last game I used a ward and after that I couldn't click or target anything. I have to restart game to fix it. Happens literally all the time. Boom. Cant click anyone or anything, can just move around. I can use abilities which is the only way to kill creeps because after int you automatically attack minions. I think I can attack move as well but I can't really target the right champions or creeps constantly attack moving. It's getting VERY annoying so thought I'd post about it and see if it's just me? Any other Mac users? Im pretty sure it's cause of Mac because honestly Mac and league are not a good combo lol. So glitchy on here tbh. Pretty sad.
