Division border not correct.

Hi, I finished gold 3 last season, and got awarded the gold 3 border. I signed on one day and noticed that it was changed to the gold 4 border.... i don't understand why it got changed but I would absolutely love to have the border that I earned. Any feedback?

I have this issue as well. I'm quite annoyed because I much rather have a gold 3 border than the gold 4 border I randomly gotten?
