Black screen After champ select help plz!

After champ select it went to a black screen and it wouldn't let me connect to the game. just save me the option to retry or cancel. when i hit cancel it just froze my computer. When i hit retry nothing happens, just the same message comes back up asking to retry.

HELP PLEASE.
