[CLIENT] Cannot Open Links

I'm using Google Chrome, Windows 10 if that matters. I've tried reinstalling chrome, changing my default browser, initiating a repair on the league client, nothing is working. I can't click on any links that would open up an internet browser. How do I fix it?
