Can't open links with league client

I'm using Google Chrome, Windows 10 if that matters. I've tried reinstalling chrome, changing my default browser, initiating a repair on the league client, nothing is working. I can't click on any links that would open up an internet browser. How do I fix it?

This has been happening to me for a couple of weeks too. Done all the same, reinstalled chrome, repaired, and done full reinstall on client. Please help!

Yea i've been having this problem for months and have tried everything to fix but still cant.
