[GAMEPLAY] Warwick Unable to Use Any Abilities Or Recall.

I was playing Warwick in ranked. We invaded their enemy jungle and I flashed Q'd Janna for FB. I then proceeded to my red buff where I could not Q. I tried to click the ability and it did not work. I leveled up to level 2. I could not use my w, even if I clicked it with the cursor. I tried to B. I could not recall even if I clicked it with my cursor. I restarted my client twice and then my PC. It did not solve the issue. I attempted to jungle without being able to do anything and found my smite worked. Once I smited I seemed to be able to use all my other abilities. Completely ruined my ranked game. This is the first time this bug has occurred for me.
