[GAMEPLAY] Renekton Dice Unable to Ping!

After doing the second 'E' (the dice) you are unable to ping. The mouse cursor stays as if it is about to place a ward and you are unable to cast pings until you either activate another ability, or an item such as botrk, so it changes the mouse cursor. It has been like this every time I play renekton the last few days and can be reenacted basically every time you dice.
