Client loading chroma skins?

I ran the league self repair program but even when you buy the chroma packs from the store it glitch's out, like it says you successfully bought them, but at the same time it says something like "something went wrong if this keeps happening restart your client" and then when I try a game and selct a chroma skin color it doesn't load it into the game for me, i even go through the processes of selecting the basic champion then going to the skin i want to use, but the client isn't processing it or something?
