there's a bug: if you afk at 0 lp you won't demote

riot might want to fix that

edit: i am aware of demotion shield and it's not a one game case

someone been afking for several games at 0 lp and not demoting, riot please fix this in case it's a bug so people won't abuse it to stay in divisions/tiers where they don't belong
