[CLIENT] Can't switch classic theme to updated

A few days ago I decided to go into my menu in-game (esc) go to sounds, and then change the summoner's rift theme to the classic theme to hear what it's like. I eventually got bored of it and wanted the updated version back, so I go into sounds and there is no option at all. The option to switch is completely gone.

I've tried switching it in: Blind pick, Ranked Draft, Normal Draft Pick, Spectating. Yet it will not display the option at all.

Am I looking at the wrong place, or was there an update/cilent issue preventing me from fixing my music playing?
