Every time I do a new installation.....

It seems like every time I install league on a new system and go to play a game, I get a message pop up (see attached screenshot). You'd think I would learn, after 3 times of this, but I shouldn't have to deal with this crap in the first place. I do a fresh and clean install of the game, and go get in a game this happens. I'm doing a full repair now, hopefully will fix the issue. Client loads perfectly fine, too. This most recent time It was on a fresh install of my OS and drivers, and Overwatch was working perfectly fine.
