Queue time accuracy is way off. [CLIENT]

This has been happening all week long ranging from 10-20 minutes to get into a game. Is there a reason why my queue time is much greater than the time listed? Can we at least be provided with a more accurate representation of how long it should take to find a game? Currently the wait time is getting to unacceptable levels for one of the most popular games in the world.
