[Client] [Gameplay] Game showing FPS: 01

With patch 4.21 installed and updated, I tried going for ranked matches. After successfully loaded into the game, I got a frame rate of 1 per second at the beginning and it persisted throughout the game. I tried re-launching the game by completely exiting and re-logging in, but it did not even let me reconnect to the game afterwards, and therefore got a leaver buster after the game ended. I then tried creating a custom game, the same thing happened once again. Please find the attached screenshot for an example.
